Suqqu Blend Color Eyeshadow EX-13 Ginusudama

The second of the Suqqu eyeshadow quads for spring I have swatched is this little beauty, EX-13 Ginusudama. The colours are in the same families as those in EX-11 (as you can see here) but very different in practice: they include a very pale silvery-pink, a coppery shade with little red, a blue-gray with red duochrome (very unique!) and a pearly white highlighting shade.

As before, the palette pic and the first two swatches were photographed in artificial office lighting conditions, while the final two pictures were taken under indirect natural light in gloomy conditions. All photos were taken with my iPhone.

Hi, the purple in EX-11 seems a little patchy and not as rich as the gray in EX-13. Can you confirm? Also, which do you prefer EX-11 or EX-13? Thanks!

Hi Kay, these were finger swatches made in the office so they don’t really show the richness of the shade as they should. Have a look at these swatches to have a different perspective: http://www.shamelessfripperies.com/swatches/suqqu-ex-11-sumiredama/

It is hard to pick between these two quads, to be honest (hence me buying both!). It comes to personal preference in the end, and it depends on your skintone too. :)

I was worried to start with too, very happy they look quite different and each is unique in its own way. :)
