Don’t you hate it when makeup brands launch products exclusive to a region you don’t have access to (unless you pay a premium, of course)? Guerlain launched for Spring 2013 a couple of Asia-exclusive products, among which is the already fabled Blush G Sakura (which means cherry blossom in Japanese).
For some strange reason, both Selfridges and Harrods in the UK had it in stock at some point over the last month or two, and I managed to snap one from the latter. I wouldn’t normally post several product shots, but this is so pretty I couldn’t resist!
All pictures taken in natural light. The first set of swatches was shot in direct sunlight, and the second in indirect daylight. I swatched each band separately (the white band was pretty much invisible on my skin) and then tried to swirl them together for a blended swatch, but the effect is so delicate it didn’t really show up unless I packed it on and I gave up. It does look very pretty on the cheeks though!
